(3rd annual) Player chosen by the GCNJ selection committee upon completion of the GCNJ Championship

HONORARY TEAMS:

            2008 RYDER CUP TEAM: This team will consist of the top 8 lowest net averages upon completion of the The Border Classic on September 6th. Qualifying players must post eight scores as of this deadline. Each member of the GCNJ Ryder Cup team will participate in helping the Golf Club of New Jersey retain their title in the 16th annual NJIGC Ryder Cup, an annual competition against other golf associations from New Jersey. The 9th and 10th ranked players will serve as alternates.


     2008 ALL-STAR TEAM: This team will consist of the top 6 lowest gross averages upon completion of the The GCNJ Championship on September 27th. Qualifying players must post eight scores as of this deadline. Each member of the GCNJ All-Star team will participate in the 6th annual event versus our rivals up North. The GCNJ was victorious in both of the first two events and looks to retain the trophy earned again in 2007. The 7th and 8th ranked players will serve as alternates.
